About
Relationships don’t change because we learn better scripts. They change when we understand ourselves: how we attach, what our bodies hold, what we reach for under stress, and what we truly desire.

- I’m Oksana Belousova, founder of MOI Coaching and creator of The MOI Method™: The Relational Alignment Framework.
- I work with women, men, and couples who are done with surface-level advice. People who sense that the patterns repeating in their relationships are telling them something, and who are ready to listen.
- My approach brings together neuroscience, attachment theory, somatic awareness, and relational psychology. Not as theory to memorize, but as a practical way to understand why you connect the way you do, and how to choose differently.
- I don’t offer quick fixes. I offer clarity, honesty, and a structured path back to yourself, and toward the kind of connection you actually want.
- Moi means “me” in French. It reflects the heart of this work: real change in any relationship begins with the self.
-
But before it was a brand, MOI was a family name.
Max. Oksana. Isaac. - My sons and I. They are the reason I do this work, and the reminder of what’s at stake in it. The way we love shapes the people around us, especially the ones who learn love by watching us.
- Every pathway I offer carries that intention: to help people build relationships that feel safe, alive, and honest, for themselves and for those who come after them.

How I Work
I work with clients across the full spectrum of modern relationships, including ethical non-monogamy, kink-aware, and LGBTQ+ relationships, with a specialized focus on the neuroscience of desire.
Reconnect with your desires, boundaries, and inner authority, and stop shrinking to keep connection.
